NIKE — HOUSE OF INNOVATION SHANGHAI/001

Art Direction I PM | Digital Process Development

Developed in parallel with the NYC flagship, Shanghai 001 focused on creating high fidelity visual narratives that supported the evolving direction of Nike’s House of Innovation environments.

I led the visual design team and external partners in producing imagery that aligned global stakeholders and translated complex retail ideas into clear, communicable experiences. In tandem with the creative work, I drove introduction of new digital tools and workflows that supported the project across two years of development in parallel with NYC 000.

The result was a synchronized global debut that solidified the House of Innovation as a scalable retail platform. By bridging the gap between global strategy and regional execution, the project successfully delivered a premium, digitally integrated flagship at a massive scale.
