NIKE — HOUSE OF INNOVATION 001, SHANGHAI - VR IMPLEMENTATION

To support the development of the Shanghai 001 flagship, I implemented a VR-led review process designed for a more immersive study of the retail environment. The objective was to provide a realistic sense of scale and materiality that traditional 2D renderings could not convey, allowing for a deeper investigation into the customer journey.

By optimizing the rendering pipeline for VR viewers, I enabled cross-functional teams to explore the store’s interior and evaluate the design intent from a first-person perspective long before physical construction began.

This implementation served as a critical alignment tool throughout the project's development. By providing a tangible way to experience the space, the VR process facilitated faster executive feedback and ensured the final execution in Shanghai remained faithful to the high-fidelity standards of the House of Innovation concept. **Click and drag to look around the space.
